Chris Harrington Pryor
Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers
Chris has owned property in Hana, Maui since 2001 and has lived there full time since 2004. During his twelve years as a Hana resident, Chris opened one of Hana’s top rated bed and breakfast properties, which he sold in 2016. He has also been a licensed Realtor in California since 1988. After selling his business in Hana, he pursued his real estate license in Hawaii and now works for Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers with a focus on Hana property.
Chris has over 20 years of experience in real estate and has sold over 100 million dollars worth of property. His breadth of knowledge allows him to offer his clients a wide range of real estate skills, including negotiations, navigating escrow, and general problem solving during transactions. When it comes to listing and selling property, he is particularly skilled in marketing.
Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California Santa Barbara. He has been committed to community service throughout his lifetime. He has been president of the board of the Hana Youth Center for five years, helped to create the conservation organization “Malama Hana,” and his past work in California involved non-profit housing concerns, particularly hospice services. He has traveled extensively and enjoys a passion for renovating unique properties.
Chris and his real estate partner, Lisa Starr, each have a unique understanding of Hana. They share the community’s desire to keep Hana an undeveloped small Hawaiian town and they incorporate this sensitivity into their business. When it comes to their clients, they offer a whole new level of service previously unavailable in Hana.
